This proposal for a new Performing Arts Center for Oklahoma State University is sited across the main campus along University Avenue.  Conceived as a center for the university’s music and theater arts programs, the project is intended to engage the community with a highly visible and dynamic facility that will serve as an arts center for both town and gown.  The scheme surrounds a new courtyard with academic and rehearsal programs, and is anchored by the mass of the Concert Hall.  A new tower, oriented to the library and Seratin Center, is located as a focal point for the axis extending from the stadium.
